    Over de functie:

    Voor onze opdrachtgever zijn wij op zoek naar een financiële starter op de arbeidsmarkt die graag aan de slag gaat als collector. Kandidaten die vloeiend spaans spreken genieten de voorkeur.

    De functieomschrijving is Engelstalig, let op: het sollicitatiegesprek kan gedeeltelijk in het Engels afgenomen worden.

    Key responsibilities:

    • To be the single point of contact for a nominated group of customers, pro-actively developing relationships, and professionally and courteously handling all matters relating to daily Cash Management activities including:
    • Collection and Forecasting.
      Administration real time information management system.
      Preperation of invoices (+ dealing with queries).
      Obtaining application and allocation instructions of monies received.
      Administration and maintaining international taxes.
    • Dispute resolving with internal and external customers, manage customers complaints and initiate corrective actions.
    • Work with and understand mutiple AR systems, company divisions and cultural difference between customers.
    Functie eisen:
    • HBO or equivalent.
    • Fluent in Spanish, English and preferably Dutch.
    • Previous work experience within a Financial/Commercial environment.
    • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Software Applications in particular Excel.
    • Able to use financial systems according to instruction for routine purposes.
    • Team Player that can also work independently.
    • Good organizational and time management skills.
    • Flexible to adapt to changing demands and time pressure, flexible working hours.
    • Strong written and spoken communication skills.

    Desired:

    • Aptitude for working with figures and customers.
    • Experience with analysis of credibility of companies.
    Wat wij bieden:

    Het betreft een opdracht op projectbasis, tijdelijke opdracht voor  tenministe 1 jaar, na goed presteren wordt het contract verlengd.
